Message	without permission from the copyright holder. It's up to Kris whether he wants to pursue it or not, but their web designers were very irresponsible in using it without the proper contract. I'd at least send them an invoice for a few hundred dollars. They'd probably pay it rather than being found in violation of copyright laws.
